The daffodils are in full bloom in the school grounds. We are planting dahlia bulbs for flowering in Summer.

The School Garden was decorated for Hallowe'en.
Congratulations to our two pupils who were participating in the Community Games National Finals held in Carlow IT on September 25th.
A pupil participated in the Under 10 Girls 200 m and finished 4th winning a pewter medal.
Another pupil was participating in the Under 12 Boys Long Puck and won a gold medal.
Well Done to both pupils.
Ahane Minor Camogie team recently won the County Final. We were delighted to welcome some team members and past pupils to visit Ahane National School with their Cup.
