Junior Infants

On Friday the 7th of June, Junior infants set off bright and early for their first ever school tour. We visited Turoe Pet farm where we had a fun filled day with lots of activity including bouncing on the huge bouncing castle, we had a tour of the farm, visited the sand pit and petted the small rabbits and guinea pigs, we went to the playground, made wishes at the wishing well and wishing tree and finished off the day in the jungle play area. It was fantastic fun!

Today we had great fun in our classroom as it was fancy dress day for Halloween. We came into school in our costumes, had a Halloween party and sang our Halloween songs. We even got to visit the cake sale in the halla.

Junior and Senior Infants did a marvelous job this year with their production of Santa's hat. They sang their hearts out and loved dressing up and getting into character! Thank you to all the parents for all your help sourcing costumes and for your assistance with learning lines.
